What to write about
- A file that will not open. The most useful report says what the file came from — a database export, a bank, Excel, some SaaS tool — and what you saw instead of a table.
- Something rendered wrong. Mangled accents, split rows, columns in the wrong place. Mention your browser and operating system.
- A feature you keep wanting. Especially if you have caught yourself exporting to a spreadsheet to do it.
- Anything about privacy. Including telling us we have got a claim wrong.

The whole point of this tool is that your data stays on your device, and emailing a file undoes that in one step. If a specific file misbehaves, describe its shape instead — the delimiter, roughly how many rows and columns, whether values contain commas or line breaks, where it was exported from. Better still, reproduce it with a handful of made-up rows and send those.

This is a small, free tool run by one person, so replies come in days rather than minutes. Every email is read.
